$350 - 600 / night

2-night minimum

$3,600 / week

*Rates above do not include an 11% Bed Tax (County of Madera), a $150 Sanitizing Fee, a one time $60 booking fee and a security deposit of $1,000, due at time of reservation, and refunded 21 days after vacating property, upon satisfactory review of property condition.

A Linen package is available for $145 which includes Top & Bottom sheets for all beds, Pillow cases and Towels.

 

Summer Rental Option:    If you are looking for summer rentals, and are flexible with your dates, try going just before memorial day or after Labor day.  Discounted rentals, and best of all...Not so many boats on the lake!!
