*Rates above do not include a 9% Bed Tax (County of Madera), a $100 Sanitizing Fee, and a security deposit of $1,000, due at time of reservation, and refunded 21 days after vacating property, upon satisfactory review of property condition.

 

Summer Rental Option:    If you are looking for summer rentals, and are flexible with your dates, try going just before memorial day or after Labor day.  Discounted rentals, and best of all...NO crowds on the lake!!
